The planning function supports key activities including project management, vendor coordination, budgeting and contract negotiations.We are seeking a consultant with a strong interest in technology who will collaborate closely with internal IT teams, functional leads, and our wider restaurant and operator community.Technology Consultant (100%)Area of ResponsibilityPartner with internal technology leadership & cross‑functional team to support and organise different work streamsManage vendor relationships, as part of a three‑legged stool to ensure progress in win‑win objectives and ensure contractual terms are being respected and updatedLead the Technology internal budget and recharges to independent restaurant ownersWork on acquisition of hardware and software, and empower or contract with partners that deliver these productsAppropriately manage system risk within partner and planning landscapeOversee reporting and KPI measurements across the businessCreate, implement and operate planning and vendor management standardsAct as a facilitator inside the IT Department to level up the cohesion and collaborationRespond to, and ensure processes exist to manage and handle scenarios of critical business impactTranslate key technology messages to the businessGovern hardware catalogue and technical stock management across the systemQualificationsExperience & Knowledge5+ Years of experience in a comparable role within a (or multiple) enterprise IT EnvironmentsMasters Level or Equivalent in Business ManagementAbility to lead key IT services and a proven track record of meeting key deliverablesCapable analysis skills with ability to provide a “big‑picture” view and grasping ground level details as necessaryExcellent communication skills with external stakeholdersExcellent understanding of quality levels, SLA’s and Service ObjectivesFlexibility to work within a rapidly changing environmentKnowledge of DevOps standards with a focus on planning and partner managementSignificant planning & organisational skills to manage complex quantities of interacting technologiesManagement skillsEnglish (Written and Verbal), French or German (Written and Verbal), Optionally Italian (Written and Verbal)Knowledge & SkillsGood understanding of Budget & FinanceProject Management certifications a + (PMP, Prince 2)Capacity of negotiation with external partners and suppliersAbility to conduct Business reviews / governance discussions with external partners and suppliersAdministrative skills (contracts & process review)Familiarity with industry standards for enterprise IT operationsAble to drive results with great independence, whilst ensuring alignment with strategic prioritiesWith Us, You Get The Following BenefitsFlexible working: the ability to work remotely to achieve the best possible balance between work and private life.
