Your role
Are you risk averse but risk aware? Do you specialize in compliance, anti-money laundering, investigations, monitoring & oversight?
In your role, you'll:
1. Support the business in managing risk
2. Identify unusual business relationships and monitor risk assessments
3. Be responsible for compliance with current legal and regulatory standards
4. Advise management as well as client advisors
5. Perform second-line-of-defense activities related to consequential risks
6. Ensure risk frameworks are well designed and operate effectively
7. Deliver independent risk assessments and reports to shed light on the risk profile
8. Provide management with controls, tools, training, frameworks, information, and insights to manage risk
Your team
You will be employed by UBS Business Solutions AG CH and will work in the team Business Aligned Compliance & Operational Risk Control during the Credit Suisse integration into UBS. We are a team of over 20 compliance officers responsible for Wealth Management & Swiss Bank in Romandie. Your expertise
• Swiss degree in law or economics
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role within a Swiss bank
• Analytical with practical solutions for risk minimization
• Result-oriented and assertive, comfortable with challenging situations
• Strong communication skills, team player, able to work under pressure
• Reliable and resilient, unphased by challenging conversations
• Fluent in French and English; German is an asset
