On behalf of our client 3A Composites Core Materials - Airex AG we are looking for a Business Development Manager Non-Wind.

We are the global leader with the broadest portfolio of high‑performing and sustainable core materials made of PET foam and balsa wood. We are the pioneers in sandwich technology with more than 85 years of experience. Since the very beginning our focus has been developing strong and solid yet lightweight core materials which allow the manufacturing of more durable, sustainable and energy‑efficient end products for our customers. 3A Composites Core Materials is a global organizational unit within the 3A Composites Group a part of Schweiter Technologies. The purpose of our products is to create a stronger, lighter and greener future.

To accelerate business growth in the non‑wind markets – marine transportation, construction and industrial applications – we are seeking to employ a seasoned Business Development Manager Non‑Wind. Location: Sins. Entry date: 01.01.2026.

Tasks

Drive topline growth in Non‑Wind EMEA markets.

Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies by segment, channel and country.

Identify and prioritize high‑potential partnerships to accelerate revenue.

Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline; forecast accurately and report performance to leadership.

Conduct market mapping to identify white spaces, key accounts, channel partners and influencers.

Develop tailored value propositions, proposals and ROI/business cases for target accounts.

Qualify leads through structured discovery needs assessment and solution fit analysis.

Collaborate closely with Sales Non‑Wind R&D & Product Management.

Requirements

5 years experience in business development and/or solid sales background in composites markets.

Consistent track record of new business acquisition and topline expansion.

Proven ability to open new accounts and scale revenue impact.

Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and customer engagement.

Fluent in English (other European languages a plus).

Willing to travel across EMEA.
