Team Lead – Inside Sales Regional Accounts
Location : Switzerland (Zürich)
In this pivotal role, you will manage, direct and drive direct sales into Regional Accounts, together with your motivated team of Inside Regional Account Managers. This position reports directly to the Territory Sales Director for Switzerland.
Responsibilities :
Leadership : Manage and motivate your sales team, coaching them to achieve and exceed their goals. Mentor colleagues for cross and upselling opportunities. Set quotas and develop your team to become future Field Sales Representatives / Regional Account Managers.
Sales Excellence : Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts. Guide your team in account tiering and account moves to RAMs.
Relationships : Develop relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners. Collaborate with Technical Sales Engineers and Consulting Professionals. Partner with marketing to plan and execute targeted campaigns for your segment.
Orchestration : Work closely with distributors and partners to drive business in your territory. Serve as the primary contact for information flow with executive management. Coordinate with the Channel Account Manager.
Qualifications :
Leadership : Goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and leadership qualities. Proven experience in mentoring and managing sales teams. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing inside sales teams over the phone.
Sales Excellence : Proven track record in solution selling to regional customers, especially in cybersecurity or network security industries. Demonstrated over-quota achievements and career stability. Skilled in closing deals and delivering compelling presentations to executives and team members. Extensive experience with SFDC, Excel, and preferably Tableau. Excellent communication skills in English and German; French is a plus.
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Languages : Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
