The role
We’re looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to help us plan and deliver internal events that bring our global team together, strengthen our culture, and support alignment across the organization.
This hands-on role involves planning multiple events throughout the year – from virtual team sessions to large in-person gatherings - focused on engagement and community building. You’ll work closely with the internal events manager and teams across the organization to ensure smooth execution.
What you will do
Support the planning and delivery of internal events by contributing ideas, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
Plan and coordinate multiple events throughout the year, working closely with the internal events manager and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality virtual and in-person experiences
Create and maintain project documentation to keep events on track, on budget, and aligned with goalsusing appropriate project management tools and techniques
Enhance the attendee experience, event communications, and branding in partnership with internal teams
Coordinate with external vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery
Track budgets, timelines, feedback, and key metrics, and help apply learnings to improve future events
Required skills and experience
2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management, ideally in a corporate or international setting
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and details
Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
A collaborative approach and experience working across teams, time zones, and functions
Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
A practical mindset and comfort with problem-solving on the fly
Flexibility and adaptability when plans change
Willingness to travel internationally
Preferred skills and experience
Experience with remote or hybrid event formats
A focus on sustainability in event planning
