Your tasks:
* Development, optimization and harmonization of global GMP processes and concepts
* Hands‑on support for local sites for the effective and lean implementation of these GMP processes and concepts
* Collaboration and management of global GMP compliance projects
* Conducting internal audits, also across sites
* Close cooperation with QA Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Technical Operations to ensure a holistic understanding of quality
* Global Quality Reporting and Assessment (QSMR, KPIs)
Your profile:
* Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences)
* Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical‑chemical industry, including at least 5 years in quality assurance
* Very good GMP knowledge, especially GMP rules of the EU and USA
* Experience in the evaluation and processing of complex, cross‑site quality issues
* Experience in a global QA (Corporate Quality) unit is a clear advantage
* Experience in dealing with customers and authorities
* experience as Auditor
* Ideally experience in process analysis and optimization as well as project management
* Structured, solution‑oriented and communicative personality with a high level of personal responsibility
* Very good oral and written expression in German and English
* Knowledge of common IT systems (e.g. electronic quality management systems (Veeva), SAP, LIMS, MS Office)
