* Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
* Professional experience: at least 2 years full-time (work rate equivalent to 100% in Switzerland) in a specialised psychiatric institution
* Professional experience in Switzerland: at least 1 year of practice under equivalent conditions
* Listening and helping relationship skills
* Ability to be proactive and to position oneself as a partner in network work
* Ability to adapt to change, to work autonomously and to manage complex situations and acute crises
* Driving licence essential
Your future tasks
* Provide care and appropriate support to people of all ages, in various contexts, in collaboration with their relatives
* Actively participate in a multidisciplinary way in the organisation and follow-up of the care project defined with the client
