Key Role: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced level 1 and 2 support across end-user hardware, software, and mobile devices.

* Responsibilities:

1. Provide support for end-users with hardware, software, and mobile device issues
2. Manage device lifecycle processes including imaging, deployment, and compliance
3. Optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, and Defender for Endpoint
4. Ensure device security through Microsoft Endpoint Manager
5. Automate user lifecycle processes and improve support around onboarding/offboarding
6. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding/offboarding, identity lifecycle, and automation
7. Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
8. Perform server patching, monitoring, and backup operations
9. Troubleshoot and resolve server-side issues and performance bottlenecks
10. Configure and support network equipment including managed switches, VLANs, and basic routing
11. Maintain perimeter security using Sophos XG/UTM firewalls (policies, VPNs, remote access)
12. Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents, and support implementation of endpoint protection policies
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take full ownership of day-to-day IT operations. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems and services. You will work independently to troubleshoot complex issues and provide advanced level 1 and 2 support.
Requirements:
* Experience: 5+ years in IT support and infrastructure operations
* Skills:
o Microsoft 365 administration including modern desktop, email, collaboration, and device management
o Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
o Networking experience with switches, VLANs, and firewall systems
o Sophos firewall and Microsoft Defender or similar security tools
o Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
* Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
* Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
* Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
* CompTIA Security+ / Network+
* Sophos Certified Engineer
* ITIL Foundation
