Responsibilities
* Manage orders, including modifications, while ensuring their accuracy (pricing, incoterms, delivery dates).
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information throughout the order management process.
* Adhere to GMP and GDP standards in all distribution-related activities.
* Maintain the ERP database with accurate information on customers and pricing.
