Senior Software UI / FrontEnd TechLead vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Pharma sector.
Your tasks:
* Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and translate complex business and customer needs into effective technical solutions.
* Design and develop innovative software solutions that meet regulatory requirements and fulfil system quality attributes.
* Guide the team to adhere to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
* Act as a mentor and role model, promoting a collaborative working environment and contributing to the team's success.
Your experience/knowledge:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development/Engineering for embedded systems.
* Strong knowledge of React and experience in developing embedded user interfaces using Rust or C++.
* Experience with Electron or Tauri is a benefit.
* Language skills: English - fluent
