We are looking for employees who will actively shape the future of the HOLY FASHION GROUP, so apply now as Intern Human Resources (d/f/m) During your varied and exciting internship, you will support our HR business partners and their teams in a wide range of operational tasks in the areas of Direct to Consumer and HR Development. You will gain comprehensive insights into the entire employee lifecycle – from processing applications to drafting contracts and onboarding support to administrative support with resignations and reference letters. In addition, you will actively participate in the organization of employee events and support the recruitment of our apprentices and interns. You will also take on personnel-related tasks for our stores and outlets in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Poland, and the Netherlands. You will work in an environment where you can take on responsibility and learn in a practical setting, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the further development of HR processes in an international company. Required experience and skills:
* Business administration degree or similar training/apprenticeship
* Interest in topics and challenges related to modern human resources management
* Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
* Quick comprehension and an extremely precise and independent way of working
* A lot of perseverance and a flair for administrative tasks in an international environment
* Strong communication skills and a high degree of social competence
* Good skills in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
