Serve as the first point of contact for customers and partners in sea and air logistics
Independently manage customer inquiries and oversee the entire shipment process, keeping customers informed at every step
Prepare quotations and handle customer requests promptly
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Collaborate closely with operational teams, sales and customers
Proactively offer customer service solutions and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with clients
What we would like you to bring
Completed freight forwarding apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Solid experience in freight forwarding, especially in sea logistics; knowledge of air logistics is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
Strong customer service skills with a communicative and friendly demeanor
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, German is an asset
