To strengthen our digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Business Analyst (m/f/d) 100% in Basel Hauptsitz as of 01.09.2025.
Your Tasks
* You support the specialist departments in the creation of requirements specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the technical system requirements.
* You analyze the overall context of business processes, organizational structures, IT and material resources and identify weak points.
* You collect, review and document the technical needs and expectations of organizational units in their project plans.
* You develop solution proposals and decision bases based on the requirements recorded.
* You prepare quality assurance measures in accordance with the specified requirements.
* You evaluate and validate operational solutions with regard to project specifications.
* You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the resulting outputs.
* You ensure the interface function between the specialist department and IT.
* You create test cases and assess and accompany user tests.
* You manage small and/or sub-projects.
* You will develop subject-specific principles for the creation of project assignments.
your profile
* You are very familiar with retail and logistics processes and operating procedures.
* You have experience with business and process analysis and have good project management skills.
* You have strong conceptual and analytical skills.
* You enjoy working in a team and on cross-functional projects.
* You communicate fluently and convincingly in German. Knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
