For our client in the Pharma industry in Zürich, we are currently looking for a KPI Reporting Analyst.
Background:
The Supply Chain KPI Reporting Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the supply chain performance of the SM&O OpU to ensure an efficient, compliant, and resilient supply chain that supports the company’s overarching goals and objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Develop SC KPI Dashboard and standardized reporting of SC KPIs within SM&O OpU and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Drive automation of standardized KPI reporting to support digitalization of Performance Management within the OpU.
* Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional and OpU SC teams to support OpU supply chain performance governance.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in supply chain activities.
* Generate automated performance reports and dashboards for SM&O Management.
* Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
* Ensure effective communication of performance data and improvement plans across departments.
* Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for supply chain staff.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement among the team.
Your Profile:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in supply chain management software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Experience in supply chain management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
