Key Responsibilities Demand Planning - Build demand forecasts using sales data, market insights, and order book inputs. - Develop buy plans considering inventory levels, open orders, and supply constraints. - Partner with Sales to capture opportunities and adapt to market changes. - Identify risks related to stock shortages or excess. Allocation & Inventory Control - Allocate stock across regions, channels, and warehouses in line with commercial priorities. - Monitor key indicators such as stock coverage, sell-through, and order fulfilment. - Flag potential stock imbalances and support corrective actions. - Manage seasonal rebalancing activities to optimise inventory distribution. Supply & Logistics Coordination - Work with sourcing and logistics teams to track deliveries and resolve supply issues. - Manage purchase orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. - Interface with suppliers to monitor performance and address constraints. Analysis & Reporting - Provide regular analysis on sales trends, inventory, and seasonal performance. - Support reporting on KPIs and budget vs. actuals. - Review forecast and buy plan accuracy, identifying improvement areas. Systems & Process - Maintain planning system parameters to ensure data reliability. - Support data alignment with global/regional teams. - Contribute to ongoing process improvements in planning and allocation. Requirements - Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field. - 1?3 years' experience in planning, allocation, or supply chain (retail/fashion is a plus). - Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data. - Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/planning tools is beneficial. - Fluent English required; Italian is a plus.
