Responsibilities
1. Plan, monitor, and track project scope, milestones, timelines, costs, and quality, maintain project schedules and status reports using modern SaaS-based PM tools
2. Align and coordinate internal cross-functional resources, structure, assign, and track work packages and deliverables, support preparation and execution of stage gates and project
3. Organize, moderate, and lead project meetings, ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders, document decisions, outcomes, and open issues
4. Ensure adherence to the PCP (Stage-Gate) process and governance requirements, support risk and issue management, including follow-up on mitigation actions apply best practices in hybrid project management (traditional/agile)
5. Enforce the organizational framework for technical experts to focus on their core tasks, support documentation of requirements, concepts, parts lists, and assemblies for supplier selection and quotation processes. enable fact-based technical decision-making by structuring and tracking input and follow-up actions
Profile
6. Background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, innovation management, or a comparable degree
7. Solid working experience in project Management in development and/or industrialisation projects
8. Experience in series production and supply chain knowledge of electromechanical devices is an advantage
9. Experience in development of electromechanical devices incl. software is an advantage
10. Strong knowledge in Microsott Office, SAP, Confluence and Jira
11. Fluent englisch and german language skills
