Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists in the Romandie region.
Leverage existing networks of cardiologists to drive business growth.
Establish and maintain partnerships with cardiologists in private practices, hospitals, and other relevant institutions within Romandie.
Provide professional advice on the applications and therapeutic benefits of high-quality products.
Utilize the budget efficiently to maximize results.
Organize and conduct training events for healthcare professionals.
Represent the company at national and international congresses and events.
Develop and implement customer-specific projects for long-term collaboration.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cardiology sales or Key Account Management (industry, medical devices, or pharma), with an existing network of cardiologists.
Proven ability to manage complex accounts and referral networks.
Agility and problem-solving mindset, thriving in dynamic environments.
Strong business acumen with understanding of clinical and commercial drivers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Innovative mindset, curiosity, and willingness to challenge conventional approaches.
