Your roleAs the head of the Food & Beverage department, you ensure a high level of service quality, economic performance, and a consistent customer experience across all points of service. You are responsible for several high-volume restaurants, including: two premium restaurant concepts and banquets, seminars, and events (conferences, receptions, private events). You will work closely with management, the Executive Chef, and department heads and are a key member of the management committee.Main responsibilitiesManagement & F&B with a focus on service excellence, profitability, and high volumes. Lead, unite, and develop teams in a high-intensity environment. Be a hands-on manager, present during key service times, close to teams and customers. Ensure compliance with service standards, internal procedures, and legal regulations (labor laws, hygiene, safety).Event & banquetSupervise the execution of banquets, seminars, and events in close coordination with relevant teams. Ensure perfect communication between service, kitchen, sales, and technical teams. Guarantee an impeccable customer experience, from the start to the conclusion of events.Management & performanceDevelop and manage schedules using a dedicated tool (like Mirus), in accordance with flows, budgets, and legal constraints. Oversee stock levels, inventories, and set up while analyzing F&B KPIs (costs, productivity, customer satisfaction, revenue). Propose and drive continuous improvement actions.Leadership & developmentActively participate in recruitment, training, and fostering a team culture based on exemplary behavior, commitment, and skills enhancement. Propose evolutions of concepts, offerings, and customer experiences to anticipate market trends.ProfileBachelor’s degree in hospitality or confirmed experience in a similar role within high-end, high-volume establishments. Solid expertise in à la carte, bar, and event management. Excellent leadership, rigor, and strong customer service orientation with a notable presence. Mastery of F&B management tools (PMS / POS like Fidelio-Micros). Fluent in French, with a good command of English required.
