Find out more at /p h3Role Overview /h3 pbThe Legal Counsel - Finance, MA, and Corporate /b is a vital member of the Group Legal Compliance department based in Switzerland. In this role, you will act as a primary legal expert providing strategic support for Holcim’s global transactional activities. Your mission is to deliver technically excellent and solution-driven legal services that facilitate complex international MA, venture capital investments, and large-scale procurement projects.
