Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage audits of companies headquartered in Switzerland and/or subsidiaries of multinational groups.
* Establish trust and confidence through transparency, clarity, and consistency.
* Adapt the audit approach to the changing client environment, demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts.
* Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction.
* Maintain proactive contact with clients throughout the year.
* Direct daily fieldwork, inform Senior Managers and Partners of engagement status, and manage staff performance.
* Coach junior audit team members on accounting and auditing matters.
* Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
* Contribute ideas and opinions to the audit teams and engage with other team members' views.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
* Possession of a certified public accountant's diploma or similar qualification (e.g., Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA).
* 5-7 years of experience in external audit, preferably with a Big Four firm.
* Managerial experience in leading an audit team in an international environment, coaching staff, and liaising with specialists.
* Experience in Swiss regulatory audits is highly desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required), French (strongly desired), and German (valued).
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, establish strong working relationships, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
