As the primary representative for our Randstad client in Visp, you are the eyes and ears of the manufacturing floor. You ensure that "Good Manufacturing Practice" (GMP) isn't just a manual on a shelf, but a way of life. If you have a hawk-eye for detail and the social skills to coach team through a high-pressure batch, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
Your Main Acts
1. The Real-Time Guardian (The "On-the-Floor" Expert)
You are the frontline defense. You don’t wait for mistakes to happen; you prevent them by being where the magic (and the risk) is.
* The Witness: You’ll verify critical process steps, in-process controls (IPCs), and material reconciliations with surgical precision.
* Line Clearance Legend: You own the "Go/No-Go" moment. You perform and document line clearances to ensure every run starts with a clean slate.
* Aseptic Bodyguard: You’ll monitor cleanroom behavior and aseptic interventions, ensuring contamination control remains ironclad.
2. The Documentation Doctor
In the world of Pharma, if it isn't written down correctly, it didn't happen.
* Batch Record Review: You’ll review completed records for accuracy and completeness, catching typos or missing signatures before they become "issues."
* The GDP Coach: Instead of just pointing out errors, you’ll coach operators on Good Documentation Practices, turning mistakes into teaching moments.
3. The Quick-Thinking Investigator
When things go sideways—and occasionally they do—you are the first responder.
