Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to provide internal and external HR advice and administrative support within our organization. You will be part of a small, hands-on international HR team and play a key role in supporting policy development and implementation.
* Provide practical HR advice and guidance to colleagues
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Assist with various people development and research project-based work
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 3 years of HR Generalist work experience in HR Operations and HR Process Management
* Suitably qualified with a solid knowledge of employment law, immigration regulations, and compliance
* Effective communication skills in German and English
