Analyzing key factors (quality, costs, deadlines, productivity) allows for rapid identification of discrepancies and deployment of corrective actions. Mastery of non-conformities and ensuring complete traceability of components and products are essential, strictly adhering to quality and safety requirements. Lot tracking and process monitoring are part of this compliance logic and a drive for excellence. The role includes the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, flow optimization) to enhance reliability and profitability of operations. Preventive maintenance, corrective action management, and monitoring of equipment and calibrations contribute to minimizing downtimes and ensuring data reliability. This is supported by the updating of processes and standards in the ERP, ensuring a coherent and consistent technical basis.
