A propos de l'opportunité
Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Responsable du Réseau Commercial Suisse, qui sera chargé(e) de la distribution des produits via la filiale suisse.
Le/La Responsable du Réseau Commercial Suisse sera un(e) ambassadeur(rice) clé de Heatile, responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et du développement de l'activité grâce à de solides réseaux et relations avec les clients et partenaires du secteur.
Compétences et expérience
Votre profil doit répondre aux exigences d'une entreprise opérant dans le domaine des systèmes de chauffage modulaires, aussi bien pour le chauffage au sol que encastrables.
Nous recherchons des candidat(e)s pouvant démontrer les compétences et expériences suivantes :
* Expérience dans le domaine des systèmes de chauffage et de refroidissement, ou dans des secteurs techniques affins
* Excellentes capacités de présentation, avec une personnalité ambitieuse et extravertie
* Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Connaissance du français et de l'allemand, et idéalement de l'italien
* Disponibilité pour des déplacements en Suisse
* Expérience en négociation commerciale (achat / vente)
* Expérience avérée dans l’atteinte d'objectifs de vente
* Capacité à travailler directement avec des architectes, chefs de projet, etc.
* Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), gestion de bases de données
* Fort niveau d'énergie et d'automotivation, avec la capacité de travailler de manière autonome
* Une expérience dans le secteur du carrelage ou des revêtements de sol sera également considérée comme un atout
* Intérêt marqué pour les thématiques environnementales et écologiques, les économies d'énergie ainsi que pour le secteur concerné

The Sales Network Manager, Switzerland will be a key ambassador for Heatile, responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth through strong networks and relationships with clients and industry partners.
Skills and Experience
Your profile must meet the requirements of a company operating in the field of modular heating systems, both underfloor and wall-mounted.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Experience in the field of heating and cooling systems or in related fields
* Strong presentation skills, with an ambitious and outgoing personality
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Knowledge of French and German, and ideally Italian
* Availability to travel within Switzerland
* Experience in commercial negotiations (buying / selling)
* Proved track record in achieving sales targets
* Ability to liaise directly with architects, project managers, etc.
* Proficiency in IT tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), database management
* High level of energy and self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously
* Experience in the tiling or flooring industry will also be considered an asset
* Strong interest in environmental and ecological topics, energy savings, and the relevant industry
