As a Business & Brand Operations Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and be responsible for turning strategy into tangible results — across the entire value chain: from brand development to operational processes and scaling in the market.
Close collaboration with the CEO on strategy development at both company and brand level
Active co-responsibility for launching new brands as well as developing and positioning our existing portfolio
Ownership of business development and expansion into new markets and growth opportunities
P&L responsibility at brand level (revenue, margins, profitability)
Translating strategic decisions into concrete actions and driving execution within the team
Responsibility for operational execution across business operations, supply chain, and logistics
Ensuring efficient processes across the entire supply chain (procurement, production, distribution)
Introducing, structuring, and continuously optimizing processes and organizational setups
Building clear ownership structures and scaling the organization
Leading projects across the entire value chain
Monitoring KPIs, margins, brand performance, and operational efficiency
Ensuring that strategies and processes are not only defined but consistently executed
