Job Summary
* This role involves efficiently managing orders and deliveries to provide exceptional service to all sales points.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage orders for various networks, ensuring seamless coordination between different teams.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for product availability inquiries, providing timely responses to meet customer needs.
* Oversee delivery flows from product request to final delivery, maintaining transparency and efficiency throughout the process.
* Support internal boutiques and point-of-sale operations by addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Coordinate POSM and packaging orders, guaranteeing accurate and timely execution.
* Provide SAP and Booster stock and sales support, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
* Maintain up-to-date records of product reservations, claims consolidation, and submissions.
* Analyze annual returns for destruction or out-of-range products, identifying areas for improvement.
* Act as a key liaison for external boutiques and commercial partners, addressing their unique requirements.
* Monitor and follow up on partner backorders, ensuring proper integration for invoicing.
Requirements
* Minimum first experience in a client-centric industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills.
* Prior experience with SAP is an asset, as well as expertise in luxury retail.
* Excellent collaborative and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
