In the challenging position as Project Manager Service GIS, you will take responsibility for theprofessional and timely execution of installation, commissioning and maintenance work. In doing so, you will workon the continuous improvement of processes and activities (CIP), with the goal of always creating a high level ofcustomer satisfaction and an optimal project result for Hitachi Energy.
How you’ll make an impact
Take ownership of thecoordination and organizational managementof on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
Serve as theprimary contactfor both internal and external stakeholders.
Supervise assigned field staff, prepare installation schedules based on available resources (e.g., tools, consumables, personnel), andmonitor and document project progress and coststhrough regular reporting
Ensurecompliance with safety regulationsand implement necessaryquality assurance measuresto minimize project risks and costs. Handle deviation reports in a process-oriented manner and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Oversee thecomplete compilation, filing, and archiving of documentation(e.g., Red Marks, test records, reports) for "As Built" preparation and customer billing
Your background
Higher technical education;hands-on experience with GIS system installation and/or commissioningis a strong advantage
Mind. 3 years experience in a similar position
Fluent inEnglishwith a good command ofGerman; additional languages are a plus
Strongcommunication skillsand a confident presence, especially when working across cultures
Excellentteamworkandorganizational abilities
