Overview
EAME T&W Utilities and Maintenance Manager – your next role at Givaudan. You will be a change agent leading the transformation towards best-in-class utilities and maintenance processes. This regional role oversees a multi-site, multi-technology environment, driving performance improvements, sustainability impacts, and value delivery.
Locations: Avignon (France), Naarden (Netherlands), Dübendorf (Switzerland).
Responsibilities
* Site OPS Governance with Global Support: manage maintenance and utilities maturity assessments and associated recommendations; help deliver annual value case projects and opportunities; develop regional roadmaps aligned with global strategy and site/business requirements; support energy and water best practices and share insights with sites; provide site updates to pipeline project database and support annual utilities and maintenance budget process; provide training to site teams in best practices and available solutions/tools; leverage CoE Academy; support OEE performance management; support and track standard deployment (EHS, Quality, Sustainability); conduct internal and external benchmarks for Utilities and Maintenance; participate in the Strategy Deployment process for the respective scope.
* Sustainability: attend quarterly regional sustainable OPS meetings; support Sustainable Operations and Givaudan Sustainability goals; assist during annual site KPI target validation and measurement capabilities; contribute to CO2 roadmap creation with the global sustainability team.
* Onsite support for initiatives: assist project managers on projects impacting utility and maintenance tools, systems and processes (new, existing upgrades) and contribute to the digitalisation of operations; participate in site master planning; support STMS, gap, CIMA, EHS, Quality and Utilities site assessments; help sites develop Long Term Asset Replacement plans for utilities and maintenance; participate in complex problem-solving workshops (efficiency, debottlenecking, recurring quality issues, crisis).
* Your profile includes: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; fluent in English; 10+ years in operations, maintenance, utilities systems, and lean/TPM environments; strong knowledge of the food and chemical processing industry; proven change management across diverse cultures; proficiency in project management (PMP beneficial); certifications such as Certified Energy Manager/Auditor and Green Belt are beneficial; world class manufacturing concepts (LEAN, TPM, WCM) and utilities systems knowledge.
