Responsibilities
* Participate in the collection and analysis of business requirements and draft functional specifications.
* Provide support and guidance to IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure proper integration of the solutions under your responsibility within the bank’s overall information system, notably by carrying out integration tests/FAT.
* Coordinate and support test phases with end users.
* Provide level‑3 support in case of production incidents.
Qualifications
* University degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
* At least 6 years of experience in the role.
* Excellent knowledge of wealth management, investment strategies, and financial products.
* Strong expertise in CRM‑related activities.
* Experience in Angular and Java development is an asset.
* Very strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a solid problem‑solving mindset.
* Proficiency in SQL and database access tools.
* Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
* Familiarity with APIs and related technologies (JSON, XML, Postman, Swagger).
* Residence in Switzerland required.
* Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level).
