2. Translate insights from commuters, recreational riders, and new cyclists into solutions that balance form, function, and real world usability.
3. Develop concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, and iterative refinement to create intuitive, welcoming designs.
4. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and manufacturing partners to deliver products that are both beautiful and durable for everyday use.
5. Mentor designers and contribute to a culture of curiosity, inclusivity, and thoughtful problem solving.
6. Communicate design intent through clear storytelling, visualization, and presentations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
7. Influence long term category strategy by identifying opportunities in urban mobility, lifestyle riding, integrated accessories, and rider experience.
8. Work collaboratively with core team product managers, engineers, and designers, as well as cross-functional partners across the company.
9. Provide design leadership for junior designers and interns while taking direction from category leaders.
