Your day-to day
* Updating candidates and clients information in the database to help consultants effectively manage their business
* Pre-qualify and update candidates over the phone, passively or actively looking for the next move
* Conducting linked-in searches on behalf of consultants
* Drafting job descriptions and publishing job ads
* Following recruitment market trends and companies life across Wealth and Asset management, Corporate & Investment banking, Brokerage In Switzerland, France, Luxembourg and Monaco
* Assisting to consultants interview and drafting interview reports
* Managing job applications and pre-screening
* Helping in drafting the content of our monthly newsletter
* Booking interviews for the consultants, organising travels and helping with office management duties
* Helping with our social media coverage, and content on Instagram

Requirements
What is required for this position?
* Master Degree in Banking, Economy or relevant for the job
* Native French speaking level and excellent level of English
* A first experience in Banking and Financial services, or at minima a good understanding of the sector
* Strong listening skills
* Business acumen and drive
* Curiosity, open mindedness
* Hands-on attitude, willingness to work in start-up mode
* Ability to multitask and change priorities according to urgency
* Good presentation and communication skills face-to-face and over the phone
* Humility and sense of humor
* Proficient on MS Office
* Most of the technical skills of recruitment and sales you will learn with us
