Java Developer – Spring/Angular/Payment Transactions

Our client is looking for an experienced developer in the field of payment processing. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the stability and security of the payment platforms. (Reference number: 924907RF)
Responsibilities
Development and enhancement of applications in the acquiring environment based on Java
Analysis, design, and implementation of software solutions in payment processing
Integration of interfaces to internal and external systems
Ensuring code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
Analysis and resolution of errors, as well as optimization of existing systems
Participation in releases, deployments, and technical rollouts
Requirements
Several years of experience in Java development, ideally in payment processing/acquiring
Solid knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
Solid knowledge of Angular
Experience with interface technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP)
Understanding of card payment processes (e.g., authorization, clearing, settlement, EP2) is an advantage
Experience with payment networks and standards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, ISO 8583) is an advantage
Excellent German and English skills
