Responsibilities
* Manage Endpoint systems for servers and clients, participate in change, problem, and incident management, and implement IT security projects.
* Lead the deployment of Teams Telephony and contribute to digital business transformation initiatives.
* Independently execute projects and develop the M365 infrastructure in collaboration with stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Completed IT training, comparable certification, or relevant experience as a career changer.
* Strong interest in IT security with entrepreneurial and networked thinking.
* Experience with Citrix, M365, and knowledge of ITIL is advantageous.
* Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
