To support this, we’re looking for a Senior Events Manager with a strong track record in modern event production across live, hybrid and digital formats. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liAct as the day‑to‑day lead for Group Events, reporting to the Head of Events; guide delivery across formats and support the team through coaching and clear direction. /li liOwn end‑to‑end planning and execution for internal and external events, shaping concepts with stakeholders, building run‑of‑show plans, and serving as the main point of contact. /li liRaise audience experience and production quality, bringing fresh ideas in format, flow creative and digital storytelling, and embedding sustainable event practices. /li liLead delivery from brief to post‑event evaluation, coordinating cross‑functional teams and agencies for larger productions. /li liManage partners, budgets, timelines and the events calendar; brief and steer external suppliers and production partners to deliver high‑quality results within budget. /li liDeliver complex events across live, hybrid and virtual formats (including livestreams/webcasts): attendee journeys, speaker support, venues, suppliers, contracts and on‑site/show calling. /li liKeep stakeholders aligned through crisp project communication and documentation across internal teams, clients and vendors. /li liReport on event status and outcomes; capture learnings and continuously improve formats, processes and audience feedback loops. /li liManage the event technology and tools used to deliver our events (e.g., Cvent and our Global ME database) and work with colleagues and vendors on registration, event apps, streaming and production workflows. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li7+ years’ experience delivering corporate events, with confidence across live, hybrid and digital formats, large and small. /li liStrong program/project management skills, including budgeting, vendor management and stakeholder steering; agile ways of working. /li liHands‑on expertise with event technologies, especially Cvent and enterprise event databases; quick to learn new tools. /li liProven track record delivering complex virtual and hybrid events, with an eye for audience experience and production quality. /li liA practical understanding of sustainable event management. /li liComfortable partnering with senior executives and diverse stakeholders in an international environment. /li liExcellent communication skills in English (and German), able to brief, advise and present clearly (including speakers, senior stakeholders and production partners). /li liA strong network of event, AV/broadcast and multimedia production partners and suppliers, bringing best practice experience for state‑of‑the‑art creative productions. /li liStrong skills in Microsoft 365 (especially Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). /li liYou’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering standout events that support Zurich’s business success, bringing consistency, creativity and modern production standards across channels. /li /ul h3Position Details /h3 ul libLocation: /b Zürich, Switzerland /li libSchedule: /b Full Time /li libRecruiter: /b Mélina Carnal /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pWe are an equal opportunity employer who knows that each employee is unique - that’s what makes our team so great! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
