For an established international industrial group in Central Switzerland, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Controller to strengthen the finance team. This role offers a broad controlling scope, close interaction with senior stakeholders and exposure to an international, performance-driven environment.
Your Responsibilities
Take ownership of end-to-end controlling activities, including financial reporting, performance analysis and management presentations
Act as a finance business partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Analyse financial performance, cost structures and profitability, identifying trends, risks and optimisation opportunities
Prepare financial models, business cases and investment analyses for projects and capital expenditure
Ensure high data quality and robust controlling processes within the ERP environment
Support the further development of controlling standards, tools and reporting processes
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an international, matrix-driven organisation
Your profile
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in Controlling, Finance Business Partnering or a similar role
Mandatory hands-on experience with ERP system IFS
Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting
Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders
Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
