Job Title: Consumer Engagement Advisor
We are seeking an experienced marketer to develop and implement 360 regional consumer engagement strategies across various touchpoints.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse stakeholders within the regional organization and global marketing team, supported by expert functions to achieve objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to implement consumer engagement strategies that align with business priorities.
* Develop and execute regional campaigns, content deployment, and website content management plans.
* Support Go-To-Market initiatives like trade shows, demo days, PR, and community events.
* Manage product launches with timely asset availability.
* Deploy promotional programs and support dealer marketing efforts.
The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, pragmatic, accurate, and impact-driven, with excellent communication skills and experience in international matrix organizations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing or Business Administration.
* Approximately 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in brand management.
* Affinity with powersport, automotive, or outdoor industries.
* Fluent in English; additional languages like French are a plus.
* Creative and innovative mindset, open to challenging the status quo.
Location:
This position is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with approximately 10% travel required.
