Intro
Are you a curious and proactive Business Analyst who enjoys working with data and understanding how the business really works. Being part of Proceq you will collaborate closely with commercial IT and data teams to turn complex information into clear insights. If you like improving reports challenging the status quo and making an impact on pricing and performance this role is for you.
What will you do
* Reporting & analysis:
o Developing and maintaining recurring commercial and subscription reports (sales customers ARR churn / retention usage etc.)
o Performing ad hoc analyses on customers products channels process efficiency to answer business questions
o Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse complex findings and translate them into actionable insights
* Pricing:
o Supporting pricing exercises (list prices discounts subscription packaging promotions) through data preparation and scenario modeling
o Monitoring price realization margin erosion and subscription plan performance
o Identifying issues and recommend corrective actions with Sales and Finance teams
* Data projects:
o Collaborating with IT/Data teams on data models integrations BI solutions and new data sources
o Providing business requirements and validate outputs from a commercial perspective.
o Driving improvements in data quality reporting processes and analytics scalability.
What do we expect
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics Finance Engineering Data or a related field
* 35 years experience in a Business Analyst Commercial Analyst or Revenue Analyst role ideally in a B2B or subscriptiondriven environment
* Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel experience with Power Query or similar is a plus
* Experience with PowerBI and working with data teams or IT on reporting solutions
* Demonstrated experience in commercial reporting subscription or recurringrevenue analysis and/or pricing analysis
* Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue margin subscription and pricing drivers
* Ability to work with complex crosssystem data (CRM billing subscription platform) and partner effectively with IT/Data teams
* Structured detailoriented working style with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills able to explain analytical insights to commercial and technical stakeholders
* Proactive collaborative mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo and propose improvements in reporting data and pricing
