About the Role This isn't a typical marketing internship. At Galoy, AI is embedded into everything we do: from building knowledge bases that power our content pipeline, to automating regulatory research, to generating bank-specific sales collateral at scale. You'll work directly with leadership to build and refine AI-powered marketing and BD systems, not just use off-the-shelf tools. What You'll Do AI Content Systems — Build and maintain structured knowledge bases (.md files, prompt libraries, reference documents) that feed our AI-driven content workflows. Write and iterate on prompts that produce publication-ready newsletters, research briefs, and social content.
Research & Intelligence — Use AI to monitor regulatory developments, analyze competitor positioning, and produce bank-specific research briefs. Maintain and expand our Regulatory Radar and competitive intelligence systems.
BD & Sales Enablement — Generate targeted bank one-sheeters, outreach sequences, and call prep materials using AI-assisted research. Help manage CRM workflows in HubSpot and support pipeline development.
Content Production — Draft blog posts, LinkedIn thought leadership, newsletters (The Bitcoin Banking Standard), and social media content. You'll own pieces of our content calendar and learn to match tone across audiences — C-suite bankers on LinkedIn, developers on X.
Campaign Execution — Support LinkedIn advertising, webinar promotion, event outreach, and email campaigns. Track performance metrics and iterate on targeting and messaging.
Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Genuine curiosity about Bitcoin, banking infrastructure, and how AI is transforming knowledge work
Hands-on experience with AI tools — not just ChatGPT, but comfort with prompt engineering, structured inputs/outputs, and iterative refinement of AI-generated content
Strong writing skills with an ability to shift between technical, consultative, and conversational tones
Comfort working with structured data — spreadsheets, CRM systems, segmentation lists
Self-directed and resourceful; you figure things out before being told how
Nice to Have Experience building AI workflows, custom GPTs, Claude projects, or prompt libraries
Familiarity with Bitcoin, Lightning Network, or stablecoin concepts
Understanding of banking regulation — OCC, FDIC, state charters) or willingness to learn fast
SEO, LinkedIn advertising, or email marketing experience
Basic comfort with GitHub, Markdown, HTML, or web development concepts
