For every trade, new product, or market entry, Operations develops processes and controls to ensure smooth business flow.PWM Operations in Zurich directly supports all PWM clients of GS Bank AG (Switzerland), working closely with local PWM teams and global counterparts. As part of PWM Operations in Zurich, you will be a key member of a high-performing team, building your network and contributing to PWM Operations globally.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the PWM Business and our global network to respond to client requests efficiently and promptly.Perform client payment due diligence to safeguard funds from external fraud risks.Coordinate with PWM Business and External Counterparties to execute Security Transfers for PWM clients across various markets, enhancing your understanding of custody structures.Reconcile client cash inflows and collaborate with Agent Banks to manage the bank’s Treasury functions and support high-value client transactions.Participate in global PWM Projects to shape your functions' strategy and impact the business.Be entrepreneurial—share ideas to develop and improve processes.Use your risk and control mindset to review operational processes, mitigate risks, and strengthen controls.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in Operations, Treasury, Asset Transfers, or Custody services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to build relationships and communicate complex issues effectively to diverse internal partners.Excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Fluency in spoken and written English; skills in German, Spanish, Italian, or French are advantageous.Energetic, flexible, positive, diligent, organized, and committed to teamwork and excellence.
