You ensure regulatory compliance, control professional risks, and develop a sustainable safety culture, closely collaborating with internal stakeholders and legal aspects.• Ensure regulatory and technological monitoring (standards and best practices in technical safety and occupational health).• Analyze professional risks and establish safety documents: audits - MSST system, hazard assessments, fire protection plans, chemical management, fume hoods, etc.• Maintain annual compliance with MSST and AEAI directives.Budget management and reporting• Participate in budget and investment planning.• Control costs, submit budget requests, and ensure financial monitoring of HSE projects.• Consolidate and analyze HSE reports (KPI, accidents, environment).• Prepare reports for Management, the Executive Committee, and cross-functional stakeholders.• Actively participate in the Group's HSE community.• Organize and supervise drills at the Prilly and Bussigny sites.Management of accidents• Analyze accidents, near-misses, and hazardous situations; define and oversee associated action plans and ensure internal communication.• Develop and promote good safety practices at work and ensure compliance with safety policies.• Conduct compliance audits STPS and continuous protection processes.• Foster a safety culture with internal partners (Research & Facility Management, Technical Services, etc.) and external companies.• Lead campaigns for safety and prevention.• Define HSE objectives, performance indicators, and associated action plans.Leadership & cross-functional management• Define, deploy, and lead the HSE policy.• Collaborate with relevant authorities (SECO, CFST, SUVA, cantonal labor inspections, fire police, ECA).• Conduct health and safety training for new employees and managers.• Monitor and challenge teams in addressing action plans.• Develop a culture of positive feedback.• Contribute to HSE synergies between the Bussigny and Prilly sites.Qualifications• Degree in chemistry or a related scientific discipline.• CFST safety engineer title and fire protection safety officer certified AEAI.• Committed to ensuring the achievement of annual safety credits.• Proven experience in leading projects aimed at improving HSE performance.• Strong analytical ability for complex issues and multiple root causes.• Very good knowledge of HSE management systems and translating policies and standards into action plans.• Demonstrated ability to influence behavior change within an organization, challenge decisions constructively and positively.• Prior experience in cross-functional teams, with effective stakeholder management.• French as a first language; English at C1 level.• Excellent mastery of office tools (O365), SharePoint, ShareFile, and SAP S/4HANA.JOIN US!• Our success comes from our talented and highly skilled employees.• A respectful corporate policy and a long-term vision is key to our success.• Diversity at all levels of our organization is a strength.We offer you an exciting and challenging role in a company that provides excellent career prospects in a unique and absolutely fascinating environment.
