What You Will Do
Design, implement, and optimize process automation solutions with a strong focus on BPM platforms. Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, intelligent solutions that bridge traditional BPM with modern agentic automation concepts.
As part of the adesso Business Automation Line of Business, you will join a collaborative, international, and multidisciplinary team working on projects that combine business consulting with orchestration frameworks to enable smarter and more efficient ways of working.
Qualifications
HOW YOU SUCCEED
* Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field with a relevant focus
* Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship in the IT sector
Who You Are
* Possess an agile mindset with strong communication skills, customer orientation, and confidence in face-to-face interactions
* Able to write readable, testable, and maintainable code following the clean code principles
* Enjoy analytical tasks, including the analysis of processes and data
* Strong team player with excellent presentation and collaboration skills
* Fluency in English and C1 proficiency in either German, French, or Italian, depending on location
Professional Experience
* Junior: 1+ years of relevant experience
* Professional: 3+ years
* Senior: 5+ years
Professional Skillset
* Strong knowledge of modeling with BPMN 2.0, CMMN 1.1, DMN 1.3, and UML
* Practical experience with SQL and relational databases
* Hands-on experience with Git for version control
* Solid understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem
* Proficient in working with web services, particularly RESTful APIs, and comfortable handling JSON/XML
* Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate processes and data
* Strong team player with excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
Nice To Have
* Experience with Java, ideally with Spring Boot
* Frontend development skills, especially with React
* Familiarity with AI Agents and related concepts
