What You’ll Be Doing
🎬 Video Editor
* Edit short‑form content — Reels, TikTok, ads
* Create cutdowns, subtitles, and platform‑specific formats
* Produce multiple versions of videos for different channels
* Optimise content for social media formats
* Organise footage, project files, and media libraries
* Prepare and archive assets for delivery
🎨 Graphic Design
* Create social media assets, visuals, and ad creatives
* Adapt templates into multiple formats and sizes
* Support campaign visual production across schools
* Resize and reformat content (vertical, square, horizontal)
* Ensure brand guideline consistency across all outputs
* Manage asset libraries and prepare files for publishing
What We’re Looking For
🎬 Video – Skills
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
* Familiarity with short‑form content formats
* Good eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual quality
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Film, Media, Communications or related field (desirable, not essential)
* Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
🎨 Design – Skills
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
* Interest in digital content and social media
* Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
