For our partner located in the Neuchâtel region, the Gi Life Sciences team is looking for a: Specialist Scheduling & Logistics
Main mission:
You will be responsible for planning and monitoring patient treatment schedules for product manufacturing and maintain a relationship of trust with the company's sales team and clinical partners.
Tasks:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for centers and sites
2. Create and maintain patient schedules through the scheduling software
3. Manage delivery, transportation, and manufacturing activities
4. Solve problems and develop action plans when necessary
5. Interact with internal and external stakeholders
6. Actively participate in meetings as required
7. Draft, update, and apply assigned work instructions and procedures
Profile:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Proven experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or patient service
3. Ability to manage complex situations and work independently and quickly
4. Willingness to travel internationally, up to 10%
