Our sales advisors play a key role in creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for every customer. In this position, you contribute to the store’s daily operations by assisting customers, handling sales and returns, preparing online orders, and maintaining an organized sales floor and stockroom. Customer experience is at the heart of this role. Your attention to detail and team spirit help create an environment where customers feel valued and supported. In addition, your commitment to sustainability, diversity, and health and safety contributes to a workplace aligned with INDITEX values.
Qualifications
What you bring: A passion for fashion, strong customer service skills, and a team‑oriented mindset. You are open‑minded, adaptable, and enjoy working in a diverse environment where collaboration is key to success. Good communication skills in English or French are essential to interact effectively with both the team and customers. You must be a Swiss national or a citizen of the European Union. For eligible candidates, we support the process of obtaining a Swiss work permit.
