And we’re looking for an Art Director (80–100%).

Tasks
You develop and execute creative concepts and designs for our brands – from packaging to digital experiences to social media reels.
You bring structure and speed into projects and make sure ideas don’t sit – they get done.
You create design solutions for packaging, websites, interfaces, and marketing assets that sell – not just look good.
You actively use AI and new tools to work faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
You manage freelancers and drive projects independently – from concept to execution in the market.
You work closely with marketing and product teams and are part of the full process – not just “the design function.”
You think in terms of impact: how does a design perform on shelf, in feed, and in market?
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in a creative role (Designer, Art Director or similar), with a portfolio that shows execution – not just ideas.
Strong skills in Figma, with experience in UI and web design.
Experience across social media, web, print production, and packaging – with a clear understanding of what works in the market.
