* Advanced Software Development Experiences: Apply full‑stack development skills to create cutting‑edge financial software solutions.
* Financial Domain Knowledge: Leverage deep finance knowledge and regulations to align software with standards.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with financial analysts, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements.
* Architectural Leadership: Design and architect scalable, reliable, secure systems focusing on performance.
* Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster continuous learning.
Your Capco‑Fit
* Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Proven Experience: Minimum five years in full‑stack development, preferably in finance or consulting.
* Advanced Java Expertise: 5+ years of Java experience, strong command of Spring, Spring Boot, SOAP & REST, JPA/Hibernate, SQL, JUnit.
* Java Design Patterns & Principles: Familiarity with Singleton, Factory, Observer, Dependency Injection, Interface Segregation, etc.
* Cloud Expertise: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; deploying Java apps in cloud containers; cloud‑native services.
* Software Architecture: Understanding of microservices, serverless, containerization, and ability to implement them.
* Agile Delivery: Proficiency in agile methodologies, iterative development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
* Consulting Experience: Provide strategic guidance and tailor solutions to clients.
* Problem‑Solving & Innovation: Track record of addressing technical challenges with innovative solutions.
* Bilingual Proficiency: German & English mandatory; French a plus.
