We are a team of
6 creative inidviduals
and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad
Your contribution:
* You will ensure fully accurate, compliant and timely bookkeeping and monthly reporting
* You will be driving implementation and continuous improvement of clear, structured and efficient accounting processes and related control including optimizing digitalization opportunities
* You will be working fully integrated in the accounting department of Breitling in Switzerland and closely working together with other business functions
* You will be responsible for bookkeeping and reporting for assigned companies (Swiss Code of Obligation and IFRS)
* You will perform general ledger and sub-ledger accounting
* You will perform monthly and annual closings, as well as checks and analysis
* You will prepare for and respond to external audit requirements
* You will have active contribution to financial planning process

You will fit well to our squad if:
* You have at least 5 years of work experience in accounting, ideally in the watch or in another manufacturing industry
* You speak fluent English, knowledge of French or German would be an advantage
* You have experience in introducing and consistently maintaining structured and efficient accounting processes and related controls
* You have experience in monthly and annual closing and reporting
* You have experience in technically advising accountants is an asset
* You have experience in digitalization of accounting processes is an asset
* You have strong analytical and conceptual competence
* You have precise and result-driven working attitude
* You have ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
* You have good knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligation accounting rules
* You have good knowledge of IFRS
* You are excellent in SAP FI and CO, and have good knowledge in SAP SD and MM
* You are excellent in Excel and have good knowledge in other MS office applications
* You are a Certified Swiss accountant (eidg. Dipl. Buchhalter) or have similar education
