What You Will Do
Executive Leadership: Work directly with the CEO, CTO, and CFO to shape overall Go‑to‑Market execution.
Enterprise Rainmaker (Player): Personally lead market entry into document‑heavy industries, such as Transport & Logistics, and secure mid‑market and enterprise deals.
Build & Scale the Sales Engine (Coach): Recruit and build the next generation of sales talent, codify a winning playbook, and scale the team massively.
Master Inbound & Outbound Motions: Exploit the inbound pipeline from marketing and design an uncompromising outbound strategy to target top‑tier midsize and enterprise accounts.
Multiply via Partnerships: Leverage, manage, and aggressively scale the partner ecosystem to multiply market reach and drive indirect revenue.
Solution Selling: Sell massive process efficiency, Smart‑Triage, and autonomous workflows, positioning Parashift as the ultimate cure for COO pain points.
What You Bring
Profile: A highly successful Senior AE, Sales Director, or Team Lead at a growth B2B SaaS company, ready to take revenue ownership at executive level.
Experience: Proven track record closing complex, high‑ticket midsize and enterprise SaaS deals and navigating multi‑stakeholder procurement processes.
Transport & Logistics Expertise: Experience selling into the sector and an existing network of contacts (freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs).
Player‑Coach Mentality: Ability to both close deals and build teams, with zero ego in heavy‑lifting sales cycles.
Ambition & Grit: Maximum motivation, extreme work ethic, and the will to win.
Languages: Native German and fluent English required; French is highly beneficial.
