Your Tasks:
1. Elicit, analyze, validate, and document detailed business requirements
2. Provide expertise and a deep understanding of current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes
3. Document and track ongoing tasks and deliverables
4. Identify risks, issues, and benefits associated with current and proposed solutions
5. Conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses to support operational issue resolution
6. Contribute to test plan development, testing activities, and implementation processes
7. Model business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Your Profile:
8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or another analytical field
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, quality, and process
10. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
11. Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative
12. Positive mindset and adaptability within a dynamic environment
13. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks under pressure
14. Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
15. Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management abilities
16. Hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum) project environments
17. Creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to address business challenges
18. Experience in P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance is highly preferred
19. Fluent in written and spoken English
