We are seeking an exceptional Chief Concierge for a newly opened luxury branded hotel in Malta, offering a refined guest experience in one of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after destinations.
This role is ideal for a Les Clefs d’Or member who is passionate about delivering personalized, intuitive, and world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Concierge team, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest engagement
Curate bespoke guest experiences, leveraging an extensive network of local and international contacts
Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored recommendations with discretion and professionalism
Maintain strong relationships with luxury service providers, partners, and VIP networks
Uphold brand standards and contribute to the overall guest journey and satisfaction
Train, mentor, and inspire the Concierge team to exceed expectations Candidate Profile
Member of Les Clefs d’Or (mandatory)
Proven experience as Chief Concierge or Senior Concierge within a luxury hotel environment
Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and VIP guest handling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-connected with a refined network of contacts
